My Legacy Park II offers great value
Brad Remington Homes is bringing its second development featuring affordable, quality condos to Calgary’s reigning community of the year.
Today at noon, the multi-family developer launches pre-construction sales on My Legacy Park II in the southeast community of Legacy.
“We’ve found ways to deliver this incredible product at the best value statement,” says Bryan Logel, vice-president of sales and marketing for Brad Remington Homes. “That’s really what Calgarians are looking for right now.”
The new development will have 296 condos across four buildings. Prices start from $ 149,900 for one-bedroom condos, $169,900 for condos with two bedrooms, and $ 229,900 for condos in a three- bedroom format. In all cases, the price is before GST.
There are 19 floor plans in total, ranging from 564 to 1,020 square feet.
Following the quick- selling original My Legacy Park — now more than 90 per cent sold — “we’re careful not to change the things that were successful but not be afraid to make them better,” says Logel.
Among the updates are new versions of existing condos, “to accommodate a wider mix of purchaser,” he adds.
The standards for these condos include knockdown nine- foot ceilings, stone counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, cabinets with soft touch doors and drawers, and underground parking stalls.
Tandem parking stalls will come with some of the larger condos, and they’ll also be available for sale.
The site sits west of the original My Legacy Park, putting residents within a quick walk to future commercial development.
Legacy is master-planned by WestCreek Developments and earlier in 2017 was named backto-back winner of Community of the Year-City of Calgary at the Calgary Region SAM (Sales and Marketing) Awards.
