For the second time in a week, double-murder suspect Emanuel Kahsai has been banished from a Calgary courtroom following a loud outburst.

As soon as he entered the prisoner’s box during a pre-trial conference, a grunting Kahsai hurled a piece of paper into the spectator gallery and barked an order to those seated there.

“If somebody could take that note and contact the FBI or U.S. army,” he yelled.

“Is it true the FBI doesn’t believe what’s going on here … let’s hear about Trump.”

He swore while calling others in the room “criminals” and requested Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Glen Poelman have a sheaf of papers he held photocopied, a demand that was denied.

Is it true the FBI doesn’t believe what’s going on here … let’s hear about Trump.

The justice then ordered Kahsai out of the courtroom and arranged to have the accused view the proceedings from a nearby room on closed-circuit TV.

“We’re not going to do that, this is not the time to be introducing evidence,” said Poelman.

“If you continue to make disruptions, I’ll have to mute your mic.”

He then ordered Kahsai’s microphone cut off.

Crown prosecutors have contended Kahsai is faking mental illness to torpedo a trial, citing several psychiatric reports.

There’s a publication ban on the evidence being called at the hearing.

Kahsai is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of his mother, Selamawit (Selma) Alem, 54 and second-degree murder in the death of the woman’s developmentally disabled client, Julie Tran, 25.

The women’s bodies were found in a home in the 200 block of Coventry Close N.E. on Oct. 19, 2015.

A trial in the case is scheduled to begin March 5.
