Sandgate starts sales on its third of four buildings

New release features a variety of floor plans including three-bedroom layouts

A new building is bringing some fresh options for condo buyers at a developmen­t in Mahogany.

Hopewell Residentia­l launches sales on the third of four buildings at its Sandgate at Mahogany developmen­t today. An event with refreshmen­ts, prizes, and giveaways starts at noon at No. 114, 10 Mahogany Mews S.E.

Prices on condos in the new release start from the $190,000s.

“Building Three features brand new floor plans, including highly-anticipate­d new two- and three-bedroom plans, and a wide selection of price points, views, locations and features,” says Hopewell marketing manager Nicole McLaws.

For Sandgate, this marks the first time a three-bedroom option is part of the floor plan mix.

“We’re excited to offer the opportunit­y for three-bedroom condo living in Sandgate’s third building,” McLaws says.

“We know that there are condo dwellers who want or need this type of layout, and Sandgate now has it available.

“Whether you’re searching for a condo for your family, you’re downsizers needing a guest room and office, or you’re in a roommate scenario and want an extra room for hobby space, the three-bedroom design is sure to be a great fit.”

Configurat­ions on condos in the new building include, among others, one bedroom and one bathroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The range in square footage is 601 to 1,282 square feet.

“Building Three allows home buyers to find a new condo that truly fits their lifestyle,” says McLaws.

“You get an amazing home with amenities you simply can’t find with other developmen­ts and communitie­s.”

The developmen­t is located near 25-hectare (63-acre) Mahogany Lake, which is the largest freshwater lake within Calgary limits, and 30 hectares (74 acres) of naturalize­d wetlands. It’s also only a few minutes on foot from Mahogany Village Market, which is anchored by a Sobeys grocery store.

“Sandgate’s proximity to shops, dining and the lake means homeowners can walk to everything they need,” says McLaws.

On site, it has a private fitness centre, barbecue patio, guest suites and a large, welcoming green space the developer dubs the “great lawn.”

“Added to these amenities are a pet-friendly lifestyle, and undergroun­d or surface parking,” she adds.

There are two condos still available in the first building at Sandgate, and the second building is more than 70 per cent sold.

The developmen­t is displaying four show suites that are open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
