Sage Hill Park offers ‘affordability with quality’
Sales open on condos starting from $149,000s
Potential condo buyers with a budget starting in the mid-$100,000s can now turn to a new development in a convenient, well-connected end of northwest Calgary.
The company behind Copperfield Park and My Legacy Park, both in southeast Calgary, brings its next multi-development on stream today at noon.
Sage Hill Park, by Brad Remington Homes, will have 220 condos across three buildings at completion.
The first phase offers prices from $149,000s for one-bedroom condos and the $169,000s for two-bedroom condos. In both cases, this is before the GST.
Its second phase will come to market at a later time.
There are 11 condos to pick from, ranging from 574 to 972 square feet. They include one-, two- and three-bedroom formats.
Bryan Logel, vice-president of sales and marketing for Brad Remington Homes, says Sage Hill Park brings “Affordability with quality.”
“We’ll have something for everyone,” he adds.
These condos include specifications such as nine-foot ceilings, quartz or granite counters, and luxury vinyl plank floors.
Every condo will come with a personal storage space and titled parking. Most of the condos come with an underground parking stall, and the rest will be surface level.
The sales centre, which includes a full-scale example of the type of kitchen that can be available in these condos, is located at the corner of 136th Avenue and Symons Valley Road N.W. This is one block south of where the development will take root.
“I often say that the best amenity is location, and I can’t imagine a better amenity than this location,” says Logel. “This is really the gateway to the new northwest.”
He points to its proximity to Symons Valley Ranch, and substantial retail complexes, such as Creekside Shopping Centre, which is anchored by a Co-op grocery store, and Sage Hill Crossing, featuring a Loblaws City Market and a Walmart Superstore.
“There’s incredible access to Stoney Trail and incredible access to Deerfoot Trail,” says Logel.
Sight lines from these condos will be part of the attraction, as well. The development’s site cascades from west to east, with a gentle slope running toward a ravine, ponds and wide pathway.
“The idea is that with lower density and stepping the buildings, everyone will be able to take advantage of really great exposures,” says Logel. The nearby pathway “rivals any in the city,”
Logel says, adding, “And there’s a beautiful walking bridge over the ravine and ponds.”
