Q What do you attribute to Calbridge Homes winning Builder of the Year this year?

A This award would not have been possible without our homeowners. They are constantly challenging us to build better, purposeful and familyfriendly homes. Without them, we wouldn’t be the qualitydriven builder we are today. We also attribute this award to our outstanding developer partners who continually support us and give us the opportunity to build in Calgary’s most desirable communities. We thank our trade and supplier partners who work tirelessly to build solid, quality crafted homes, and we thank all the members of the Calbridge team who work every day to deliver an exceptional home and customer service to our valued customers.

Q What do you feel this award tells people who are in the market for a new home?

A Winning an award like this is a huge honour and not something that happens overnight. Being in our 40th year of business, we have many years under our belt aimed at bettering ourselves, learning from mistakes, reacting to market demands and understanding what our homeowners truly want in a new home. We hope this award reinforces that we have 40 years of experience — and our reputation has grown with a commitment to quality, integrity and lasting customer relationships.

Q The Brooklyn picked up one of two home design awards for Calbridge this year. What makes it special?

A The Brooklyn is a brand new design to the Calbridge Collection. Introduced as a result of popular demand, it was designed with functionality for families in mind. The main floor features an open-concept plan and dedicated homework room allowing parents and kids to coexist in the same living area promoting functional and practical daily routines, while still maintaining a welcoming and comfortable feel, stunning open to above details promote grandeur and distinction.

Q What’s next for Calbridge Homes?

A We are continually listening to our homeowners and, based on their feedback, we are always working to enhance our processes, procedures, home designs and positioning within Calgary to offer Calgarian families the very best we can. This year, we will continue to improve efficiencies in our builds, and introduce new and exciting product to the Calgary market. We are always looking to better our customer service to ensure we offer the best customer experience we can. Our relationships with our developer partners and trades and suppliers are extremely important to us, and we will continue to work closely and collaboratively with these groups. 2018 brings growth and exciting new opportunities for Calbridge, and we will embark on our new opportunities with the same strong and dedicated foundation that Joe Ferraro and his family have instilled in us from Day 1 as we continue to push our business forward to the next generation of the Calbridge family.
