Crestmont West launches sales centre, multi-family show homes
New show homes and a sales centre are launching today in Crestmont West, bringing more multi-family home options to the Qualico community on the west side of Calgary.
Homes by Avi is introducing the Terraces, which consists of an attached two-storey home and a bungalow home. The Terraces are priced in the $500,000s.
Partners Development Group brings its Arrive at Crestmont condo development, offering attached villa homes and traditional town houses. Villas start in the $480,000s and the town houses in the $340,000s.
These developments add to the offerings in Crestmont West, which relaunched a year ago, with single-family front-attached garage homes and front-attached garage duplexes.
Crestmont West is becoming more accessible — while the main entrance to the community is off of 16th Avenue N., secondary road access opened earlier this month, easing access to Aspen Landing and West 85th. It’s a community that makes it easy to get to the mountains or downtown, and is close to recreational facilities and trails.
The Cosy Up in Crestmont West show home event takes place today from noon to 5 p.m. There will be snacks and a chance to win a $250 spa gift certificate while touring the new show homes and sales centre.
Show homes are open Monday to Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and weekends and holidays from noon to 5 p.m.
