BRITISH AIRWAYS SELLING OFF FIRST-CLASS ITEMS

As we can't travel to London for New Years, toasting with champagne on the flight, we can still capture the vibe. British Airways is selling off goods from its now-retired jumbo jets via a Christmas shop on Monday to shore up its pandemic-hit bottom line. The airline also says it wants to shift retired stock and keep its brand on customers' minds during lockdowns. It's selling trolleys, plates, slippers and, yes, champagne flutes.
