Dial your suspension

Having good suspension will make your day a whole lot better. It’s easy to get lost in the settings of a new fork and shock, but if you play around a little and get a solid setting that you feel comfortable with, spending all day on your bike will be easy and enjoyable. Your hands will thank you afterwards.
