Zach Baranowski’s image of a puffin proudly posing on Île aux Perroquets in Quebec’s Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve in our cover vote for this issue. Our staff, from creative director Javier Frutos to publisher Gilles Gagnier, agreed that option two was the most powerful pick.
