Your most-loved secret midnight snack? Our chocolate brownie at Antler. How did you get into foraging? I worked with an executive chef who brought in morels that he would pick while mountain biking, and that really sparked my interest. I was like, “What do you mean you can go find these outside?!” What are your top finds?

Morels are my favourite to forage and eat. I also like wild leeks and fiddlehead­s, and I pick a lot of pheasant’s back mushrooms. One thing you’d change about how you eat?

I’d love to eat smaller portions, and slower!
