THE SMOKY EYE

FLAWLESS FOUNDATION AND NUDE LIPS ARE THE PERFECT COUNTERPOINT FOR A DRAMATIC SMOKY EYE.

DAYTIME

1. Start this look by applying a matte foundation with medium coverage that will let your skin and its unique complexion show through. 2. Warm up your skin tone with a dusting of bronzer applied in a C shape from the cheekbones up toward the temples.

3. Add bronzer with a brush in the inner and outer corners of the eyes and finish with pearly white eyeshadow in the centre of the eyelids.

EVENING

4. Using a black eye pencil, draw a line on the upper lash line of each eyelid and blend upward with a brush. Then add a cool brown eyeshadow with a matte finish over the pencil to mattify it. You can also apply eye shadow under the eyes for even more drama. To do this, use the same pencil to draw a very thin line on the lower lash lines and smudge it to blend. Finish with two coats of mascara on both the upper and lower lashes.
