How to perform

Hook up a TRX or any type of rope with handles to the sled, slightly bend at the hips and move forward by pushing off the ball of your foot

PURPOSE AND BENEFITS:

builds lower body power and muscular endurance depending on the load and length of the pull. This exercise is great for simulating running up hills. Keep the pull length short and explosive to build power to help with short steep hills or lengthen the pull to help build muscular endurance for the longer drawn out hills
