How to per­form

Hook up a TRX or any type of rope with han­dles to the sled, slightly bend at the hips and move for­ward by push­ing off the ball of your foot

PUR­POSE AND BEN­E­FITS:

builds lower body power and mus­cu­lar en­durance depend­ing on the load and length of the pull. This ex­er­cise is great for sim­u­lat­ing run­ning up hills. Keep the pull length short and ex­plo­sive to build power to help with short steep hills or lengthen the pull to help build mus­cu­lar en­durance for the longer drawn out hills
