How to perform

Pinch the flat surface of the plate, avoid hooking the edges with your fingers. Squeeze as hard as you can until your grip fails and you are forced to drop the plates. This exercise can be done stationary or walking.

PURPOSE AND BENEFITS:

to build grip and forearm strength to help with many obstacles in a Spartan Race such as the monkey bars, platinum rig, hercules hoist, rope climbs, z-wall (and other climbing obstacles) and farmer carries.
