Sixteen Mile Creek Trail

Snaking through the centre of Oakville and flanked by deep ravines, the trail from the Oakville Harbour to Dundas St. at Lion’s Valley Park. The foliage is especially stunning in the autumn.

Glen Abbey Golf Club 1333 Dorval Dr.

Oakville is synonymous with golf. One of the town’s most famous landmarks, the Glen Abbey course, was designed by Jack Nicklaus and plays frequent host to the Canadian Open. Tiger Woods’s winning shot at the 18th hole in the final round of the 2000 tournament is regarded as one of the best of his career.
