Be­gin­ner Gym Work­out

Here are six ex­er­cises that have been split into two work­outs. Per­form all sets of the power ex­er­cise (cir­cuit A) first be­fore mov­ing onto cir­cuit B. Take as much rest as needed in be­tween ex­er­cises and sets. Fo­cus on form first and weight lifted sec­ond. Pay at­ten­tion to the tar­get mus­cles to max­i­mize their use dur­ing each ex­er­cise.
