Sweet & Salty Energy Bites
1 cup old-fashioned oats, quick oats work too M cup toasted coconut flakes M cup roughly-chopped almonds ½ cup nut butter of your choice ½ cup ground flax seed L cup honey or agave nectar 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp sea salt
1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. 2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. 3. Remove from the fridge and roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
