Sweet & Salty En­ergy Bites

1 cup old-fash­ioned oats, quick oats work too M cup toasted co­conut flakes M cup roughly-chopped al­monds ½ cup nut but­ter of your choice ½ cup ground flax seed L cup honey or agave nectar 1 tsp vanilla ex­tract ¼ tsp sea salt


1. Stir all in­gre­di­ents to­gether in a medium bowl un­til thor­oughly mixed. 2. Cover and let chill in the re­frig­er­a­tor for half an hour. 3. Re­move from the fridge and roll into balls of what­ever size you would like. Store in an air­tight con­tainer and keep re­frig­er­ated for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
