Ingredient­s

1 cup old-fashioned oats, quick oats work too M cup toasted coconut flakes M cup roughly-chopped almonds ½ cup nut butter of your choice ½ cup ground flax seed L cup honey or agave nectar 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions

1. Stir all ingredient­s together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. 2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerat­or for half an hour. 3. Remove from the fridge and roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerat­ed for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
