1 banana for each serv­ing,

sliced in half length­wise vanilla frozen yo­gurt


jam, choco­late sauce (see DIY choco­late sauce for a health­ier make-at-home ver­sion), chopped nuts, nut but­ter, co­conut or cin­na­mon


1. Place the sliced banana into a bowl and top with frozen yo­gurt.

2. Gar­nish with de­sired top­pings.
