Welcome to 2017.
And as is tradition at Canadian Wildlife magazine, we’re celebrating the arrival of the new year by publishing the winning images from CWF’S annual Reflections of Nature Photo Contest.
As you browse through the pages that follow, you’ll see the very best of the entries from the 2016 competition. Judging was no easy task, it goes without saying. (It never is.) CWF receives hundreds of submissions for Reflections of Nature each year, and all are deserving in their own way. So, before congratulating the winners, we should thank everyone who participated. You all did a fabulous job. And to those of you who made it to the top — well done.
And remember, it’s a new year, which means CWF is getting ready to launch the 2017 edition of Reflections of Nature. Keep an eye on the federation’s website — Canadian Wildlifefederation.ca — for details. And get snapping.
