I want to pass the love of this part of our

country to my children and their children, to everyone. Our family arrived in the area of Lac Saint-pierre in the 1640s and have always remained in the region. My love of the place and the way it is connected to the history of Quebec and later the history of Canada has made this my passion. Lac Saint-pierre and region is incredibly rich and it needs our protection. My motivation has always been to ensure that we conserve wildlife and nature. The birds, the fish, the deer — nature — need us to speak on their behalf since they can’t vote. It is up to us to be their voice. We do it not just for ourselves, but for everyone... and for those still to come.”
