BUTTS, Marguerite

-

Glace Bay

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marguerite Butts, age 88, of Glace Bay, on July 4, 2015 at the Glace Bay Hospital. Marguerite was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Mother [ muh th-er] noun. Someone who will love you unconditionally, till her last breath. Our mom in Heaven We are sending doves to Heaven With a parcel on it’s wings Be careful when you open it. Its full of beautiful things Inside are a million kisses Wrapped up in a million hugs To say how much we will always

Miss you and to send you all our Love.

We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain.

To walk with us through our lives. Until we meet again. To my family Just because you cannot see me Does not mean I’m not there Just because I’m in Heaven Does not mean I do not care I often see you crying You often say my name I want to hold you tight I want to ease your pain It’s easy for me For I know Heaven’s real If you knew the truth How much better would you feel. One day we will meet again But only when the time is right When you step out of the darkness I will be standing in the light What I’m saying is don’t cry for me Argentina.

As per Marguerite wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve St., Glace Bay.

Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Society.

Online condolences to the family can be expressed at: www.vjmcgillivray.ca.
