It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Reynelda Marie LeBlanc, 62, on Friday, July 3, 2015, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.

Born in Sydney Mines on March 27, 1953, she was the daughter of Josephine and the late Colin Dandy. Reynelda was a kind woman with a huge heart, and was always willing to listen and put a smile on your face. Her world revolved around her children, grandchild­ren and great-granddaugh­ter. She enjoyed watching them grow, and took pride in their accomplish­ments.

She leaves behind her mother Josephine (Donovan) Dandy, and her caring husband of 44 years, Phillip ‘Bud’ LeBlanc. Also left to mourn are her children, Tracy (Walter) Chisholm, Troy (Sharon) LeBlanc and Beth LeBlanc (Evan); sister, Irene Dandy (Gary) and brother, Colin Dandy (Veronica). She will be dearly missed by her beloved grandchild­ren, Tyler, Sarah, James and Emma, as well as great-granddaugh­ter, Diann.

Visitation for Reynelda LeBlanc will be held in J. M. Jobes Funeral Home, 635 Main St., Sydney Mines today (Monday), July 6, 2015, from 2-4 &7-9 p.m. A celebratio­n of her life will take place Wednesday, at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph Church, Bras d’Or, with Fr. Peter McLeod officiatin­g.
