DICKS, Brandy Lynn

-

It is with great sorrow that we the family of Brandy Lynn Dicks announce her passing on July 24, 2015.

Those who knew Brandy will remember her for the wonderful person she was. Brandy had a large heart full of love for her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She had many friends living throughout Canada where she was employed as a hairdresser, in customer service, and also in retail management. Brandy had a great sense of spirituality and faith in God. Her strength and resilience in times of challenge was unmatched. She had a great sense of humour and was well known for her bellowing laugh and wide smile. A daughter, sister, niece, aunt, and a friend, Brandy leaves many to mourn her passing including her father, Edward Dicks; her sisters, Crystal Dicks, Nicole Dicks, Laura Dicks and Lacey Dicks; her nephew, Dillon Dicks; nieces, Mireille Landry, Marielle Landry, Faith-Lynn Dicks, Lilly Dicks and Ciara Dicks, as well as her many loving aunts and uncles, especially Patsy Neville and Terry Gushue, with whom she shared a special bond. Many cousins, extended family members and lifelong friends especially, Nora Troke and Tamara Brown.

To accept our angel with open arms into eternal life are her mother, Colleen Malcolm, maternal grandparents, Susan and Jack Gushue, and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Pearl Dicks.

Service arrangements are still in process, and details will be communicated at a later date. “God saw you were tired and a cure was not to be. He wrapped his arms around you and whispered ‘Come to me.’”
