FRASER, Christina “Betty” Elizabeth (LeBlanc)

It is with profound sadness that the daughters, Annemarie, Lisa and Rosanna LeBlanc, announce the passing of their dear mother, Betty Fraser on May 7, 2016 in Montreal, QC.

Betty was the loving and devoted wife of the late John Thomas LeBlanc (deceased 2006) and together they worked hard to make a happy life for their appreciative family.

Betty was the proud grandmother, of Robyn Good, Christopher Giroux, Curtis Giroux, Ashley Ettinger (pre-deceased), and Stacey Ettinger and greatgrandmother, of Ava, Ella and Rose Babis, Jayden Ettinger and Teresa Willis.

Betty was the daughter of Ronald Fraser and Flora MacKinnon. Born in Meat Cove, Cape Breton, N.S. in 1936.

Betty all her life identified as a proud Fraser and Cape Breton native.

Funeral services will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2016, at Saint Josephs’ Cemetery, New Victoria, Cape Breton, N.S.

A luncheon will follow at St. Leonard’s Hall on Convent Street in New Waterford.
