Terry Fox run Sept. 18

NORTH SYDNEY — The 36th Annual Terry Fox Marathon of Hope will take place in North Sydney Sunday, Sept. 18, from the Northern Yacht Club, Seaview Drive, followed by the 12th annual concert/ ceilidh at 2 p.m. at the North Sydney Firemen’s Club, Pierce Street, North Sydney. All ages are invited to come and carry on Terry’s dream of finding a cure for cancer. Registration is 9 a.m. with the run set to begin for runners, walkers, bikers, and carriages at 9:30 a.m. to noon. For information call 902-794-3772.
