BUNGAY, Peter Daniel (Moose)

Hawksbury Ontario/Alder Point

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear son, husband, father, uncle and great friend, Dan (Moose) Bungay, 45, after a long, courageous and valiant battle with Lymphoma.

He was the son of Beverly and the late Clyde S Bungay, Alder Point.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly (Laffin) Bungay; his wife, best friend and the love of his life, Joanna Bungay Whyte (Jo); his wonderful son and friend, Ryan. He is also survived by his brothers, Joey (Heather), Sam (Nadine), Calvin, Thomas (Laura) and his sister, Kim (Alan) MacEachern. He is also survived by his mother and father-in-law, Adrian and Marilyn Whyte and by many nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends here in Cape Breton and Ontario.

He was predeceased by his father, Clyde S Bungay.

By request there will be no funeral service.

Rest in peace my friend. I’m sure you will be building high rises in the sky.

Missed by all that new this amazing man.
