It is with great sadness that we, the family of Edward ‘Eddie’ John Pino say good bye to a wonderful, kind and loving brother, uncle and friend to many. Eddie passed away in the An Cala unit at the C.B. Regional Hospital on February 1, 2017 with his family at his side.

Born March 25th, 1939, he was the eldest son of Anthony ‘Tony’ and Annie Rose (LeBlanc) Pino. Eddie was a member of St. Theresa’s parish and he had such strong faith. He had great love for his family especially his nieces and nephews. Eddie loved music and was a beautiful accordion player and loved to play the guitar as well. Many the fun times at home listening to music with all the family. Eddie was a good athlete; he loved ball, especially the Toronto Blue Jays, hockey and fishing.

He is survived by his sister, Beverley (Johnny) Wall; brothers, Harry, Gerald (Karen), Joseph (Claudette), Bernie (Annette) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Dr. Greg Myatt and nurse Janice Black for all the years of wonderful care that Eddie received. Also thank you to the Home Care Workers that cared for Eddie each week. He looked so forward to your visits. Thank you also to the Palliative Care unit, the ICU and IMCU at the C.B. Regional Hospital. There will be no visitation, a funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at St. Theresa’s Church with Rev. Dennis Lamey officiatin­g. Inurnment at Resurrecti­on Cemetery, Sydney Forks.
