CAPE BRETONERS SELECTED AT ECJLL ENTRY DRAFT

A number of players from the Cape Breton Lacrosse Associatio­n were selected at this year’s East Coast Lacrosse League Entry Draft on Wednesday. Kaeden Paul (No. 3), Nathan Martinello (No. 4), and Stephen Syms (No. 5) were each drafted in the first round by the Mi’kmaq Warriors, a team based out of Truro. The Warriors also drafted Cape Bretoners Andrew Googoo (Round 3, No. 13), Devin George (Round 4, No. 16), Brandon Grant (Round 5, No. 21), and Cory Miller (Round 6, No. 26).
