Jennifer Pierro, 45, passed away on March 9, 2017 at the Toronto General Hospital.

Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of Yvonne Pierro (late Peter MacLean) and George Isadore. Jennifer was known for her dimply smile and infectious laugh. She was a woman with a strong and positive personalit­y who always told it like it was. She always saw the good in everything, never backing down from a challenge and lived life with a light hearted attitude. She loved being involved in community events and spending time with her online gamer friends playing Minecraft. She was a gamer for life. She loved her girls very much and was very proud of them.

She is survived by her daughters, Jenika Pierro (Corey) and JackLynn Pierro; siblings, Terry Bernard (Newell), Miranda Pierro, Steward Pierro, Anika Braithwait­e, Dawn Courtman (Rhys), Michael Isadore (Faye), George ‘J.R.’ Isadore; nieces, Tapanga Braithwait­e, Aria Bernard, Sarah Doucette (Noel), Amelia Courtman, Kyra Sylliboy and nephews, Ayden Pierro, T.C. Bernard (Maddie), Justin Bernard (Deanne), Mise’l Isadore and by aunties, uncles, cousins, grandniece­s, grandnephe­ws and her friends.

Jennifer was predecease­d by three aunties and one uncle.

Visitation will start after 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, at the Elder Center, 57 B Fishery Rd., Wagmatcook.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, at Saint Kateri Takakwitha Church, Wagmatcook with Fr. Paul Abbass officiatin­g.
