Program offered for cancer survivors

SYDNEY – A free seven-week program will be offered for people who have completed cancer treatment, starting Tuesday, April 25.

The program will run consecutive Tuesdays from 12:45-3:30 p.m. at the YMCA, Charlotte St., Sydney. Topics will include include Taking Control of your Survivorship, Exercise for Wellness, Emotional Health and Well- Being, Medical Management Beyond Cancer, and Moving Beyond Cancer.
