TRACEY, Dianne Carolyn

Dianne Carolyn Tracey, age 63, of Halifax, passed away April 1, 2017.

It is with great sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of our mother. She was surrounded by her four children, as was her final wish.

She was born in Glace Bay, NS to the late John Alfred and Blanche Elizabeth (Boutilier) Tracey.

Dianne will be fondly remembered for her love of books, her dedication to her children and family and her devotion to her bible studies with the Jehovah Witnesses.

Dianne is survived by her children, Angela (Mark), Nicole, Gwendolen and Allan (Nicole). She was also survived by her sisters, Mary (Angie) Steele, Loretta (Robbie) Campbell, Florence (Blair) Johnson, Esther (Clifford) Sharpe and Blanche (Chuck) MacIntrye. She was a loving grandmother to Alyssa, Riley, Charlise and Dakoda and a great-grandmother to Nathan.

She also wanted to express a special thanks to Dolores VanDoninick and Tassia Migas.

Dianne is predeceased by her common-law husband, Angus Slade and her siblings, John, Willard and Rose-Marie.

A celebration of her life will be announced later.
