SATURDAY FLORENCE

7:30-10 p.m., Chase the Ace, Kiwanis Ceilidh Golden K and branch 83 Florence Legion. Accumulating jackpot. Music, kitchen, bar. Draw at 10 p.m.

NORTH SYDNEY

7-10 p.m., A Night at the Nunnery presented by the Boularderie Mammo-Warriors, music by Cindy and Shelley, Black Spoon Espresso Bar, 7 Convent St. Fundraiser for Cape Breton Cancer Patient Care Fund.

7:30 p.m., Bingo, North Sydney Seniors and Pensioners Club, 309 Commercial St. All money games.

8 p.m.-12 a.m., Open mike/dance, Sydney Mines Seniors and Pensioners Club, 6 Fraser Ave. Music by R&B Country. Members and guests.
