Plea date set for former Sydney man
SYDNEY — A 31-year-old former Sydney man is to return to court in June to enter pleas on outstanding charges dating back to 2010. James David Bagnall of Middle Sackville was arrested on an outstanding warrant in relation to two counts of trafficking in cocaine that are alleged to have occurred in January 2013.
He is also facing six counts of breaching court orders some of which date back to 2010. Bagnall is now scheduled to enter pleas to the charges June 1.
