Charles Watson Wilson, 67 of Glace Bay, passed away peacefully on Thursday May 4, 2017 at the Glace Bay Hospital.

Born in Glace Bay, he was a son of the late Lloyd and Anita Wilson. Wats worked for many years for H.H. Hopkins Fish Plant Glace Bay. Wats was a very kind soul and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda; sons, Bradley (Kim), James (Tammy); and his loving grandchild­ren, Emerson and Zaccary; brothers, Lloyd (Debbie), Alex, and Gerard (Roylene); sisters, Rosemarie (George) Thomas, Valerie (Louie) Lloyd, Donna (Kevin) Wadden, Sandra (Ted) Toker and Annette (Dave) Osborne; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation for Wats. A celebratio­n of his life will be held Monday, May 8, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialist­s Memorial Chapel, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, (902) 849-4199.
