New location for Cape Breton Partnership
The Cape Breton Partnership has recently moved from its longtime office at the 275 Charlotte Street location, to 285 Alexandra Street in Sydney.
Over the past number of years, the Partnership has expanded its operations and the number of ongoing projects that support economic growth across Cape Breton and Mulgrave. With the addition of new activities and initiatives, the Partnership decided that more space was necessary to accommodate its growing staff and technology requirements. “Our former Charlotte Street location was the ideal launching centre for the Cape Breton Partnership. Over the last decade we have made our former Charlotte Street office the hub for bringing business together across Cape Breton and Mulgrave,” said Keith MacDonald, president and CEO of the Cape Breton Partnership. “The Sydney downtown served as a great location for the Partnership, but now as we enter a new era of growth we look forward to continuously working with our investors and partners to positively impact Cape Breton’s business climate.”
The Partnership will host an open house this summer to celebrate its grand opening and to welcome the community to its new location.
“The date for our open house has not been determined yet, but investors and community members can expect to see an invitation for sometime in July,” said MacDonald. “This is an exciting time for the Cape Breton Partnership and our work will remain dedicated to building a business-led organization by promoting Cape Breton as a viable place to do business.
The Partnership encourages everyone to update their mailing lists with its new address: 285 Alexandra Street, Sydney, Nova Scotia, B1S 2E8.
