Scotchtown accused released again on conditions

-

SYDNEY — A Scotchtown woman charged with breaching her release conditions has again been released on conditions. Jocelyn Arlene Fahey, 42, of Cashin Crescent, was charged in May with assault, aggravated assault and breaching a court order.

The offences involve a male complainant and were alleged to have been committed May 9 in Scotchtown.

She was released on conditions while awaiting trial on the charges. The breach offences are alleged to have occurred earlier this week. Fahey now continues her release on conditions that include no contact with the complainant, no weapons, alcohol or drugs not prescribed her by a physician.

She is to return to provincial court today to enter pleas.
