Come join in on Outdoor Adventures with CBRM Recreation! CBRM Recreation have a great lineup of activities happening outside this month, there is something for everyone make time to enjoy these family friendly fun events:

October 24- Tea & Talk Trails Walk On October 24, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm the CBRM Recreation Department will be offering a Tea & Talk Trails Walk on the beautiful Green Link Trail with reception to follow at the Membertou Sport & Wellness Centre.

October 25 – Disc Golf Course Grand Opening The grand opening of CBRM first ever disc golf course occurs on Wednesday October 25, 2017 at 11: 00am. A celebration event to mark this exciting occasion being held from 9:30 pm to 1:30pm when professional disc golfer and course designer Ben Smith will be on site to demonstrate proper throwing techniques, rules of the game, and give patron the opportunity to play the course with a professional guide.

October 28 – Halloween Night Hike A Halloween themed night hike will be offered October 28, 2017 on the Baille Ard Trail. Registration at 6:30pm Terrance Street Entrance. Wear your costume and enjoy a Family Friendly Night Hike.

Saturdays all year- CBRM 52 Hike Challenge: 52 Hike Challenge continues on with guided hikes scheduled at various sites Saturdays at 10:00 am, contact the Recreation Department for more information on this or any of these great outdoor activities contact CBRM Recreation 902-563-5510.
