HANDLEY, Cyril (Augie) St. Eloi

Cyril (Augie) St. Eloi Handley entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Sunday, January 21, 2018.

Augie, in his 87th year, was the beloved husband for 62 years of Annette (nee Dowling). Much loved father of Kevin and his wife Lisa of St. Catharines and Lori and her husband Keith Griffin of Dunsford. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Erica, Jarrad, Joseph, Jacob, Valerie, Richard and Rachel and great grandfather of Dylan, Keegan, Cole, Camron, Draven, Zia, Ryan, Joshua, T.J., Jayla and Myron. Predeceased by his sisters, Edna (Ciss), Elizabeth (Bobby), Lorraine and Florence, and by his brothers, Edward, George and Bill.

Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, friends and family.

In keeping with Augie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Stoddart Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 24 Mill St., Lindsay, K9V 2L1 (705-324-3205) on Sunday, January 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Luke’s Church, Downeyville on Monday at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at St. Luke’s Parish Hall, Downeyville. Parish prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.
