Judge reserves decision on Ontario man until April

SYDNEY — A provincial court judge has adjourned decision until April after hearing evidence in the trial of an Ontario man facing sex offences.

Quincy Clarke Roy Gough, 23, of Hamilton, is charged with break and enter, sexual assault causing bodily harm, aggravated sexual assault and overcoming resistance by choking.

He is charged in connection with an incident in June 2015 at a staff residence at the Keltic Lodge in Ingonish Beach. Gough, a former line cook at the facility, is alleged to have sexually assaulted a former female worker.

A verdict is now expected to be delivered April 9. Gough continues his release on conditions.
