NODGE, Vi

We announce the passing of Vi Nodge, age 98, formerly from CB, on February 7, 2018, at Sagewood, Lower Sackville, with all her family by her side. Born February 23, 1919, she was the last surviving member of her family.

Predeceased by husband, Steve; children, Louie and Joseph.

Survived by daughter, Mary (Will); grandchildren, Stephen (Tiffany), Crystal (David) and Hartley, and great grandchildren, Cameron, Lily and Brett.

Married her childhood sweetheart, Steve, in 1939 and passed away on his birthday. It was meant to be for her to join him after 32 years waiting to see him. Cremation has taken place and she will take her final journey to Cape Breton this summer. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Sagewood, 345 Cobequid Rd., Lower Sackville, from 2 - 4 p.m. Saturday, February 24.
