How click-and-collect service works

• Visit atlanticsuperstore.ca and choose your grocery store location.

• Create an account or sign in with your PC ID card.

• Select the two-hour time slot of your choice to pick up your order.

• Shop: click on items to add to your virtual grocery cart as you see the total cost rise with each new product added.

• A credit card is required to hold your order. You have the option of telling the personal shopper to keep the credit card on file, or whether you’d prefer to use a debit card, gift card or cash to pay for the order.

• A personal shopper receives your order by email and begins shopping in-store, choosing the “freshest” produce and meat available. An electronic system informs the personal shopper not to choose items with expiration dates no fewer than five days to a week out.

• If you selected a product that is unavailable on the shelf, the personal shopper can substitute it with a similar item. An email is sent to you and you can allow it or scratch it off the order.

• Once you arrive and park at one of two spots designated for online shopping, you then call the phone number indicated and the personal shopper delivers the bagged order to your car.

• If you have reusable cloth grocery bags, tell your personal shopper and the groceries will be transferred to those bags at your vehicle.

• If you’re paying by cash, you must finalize the transaction inside, and coupons must be redeemed inside the store, too.

• The click-and-collect service costs $3 for grocery pickup weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the fee is $5 on weekdays from 5-7 p.m. and on weekends.
