MACLEOD, Nora Mae (MacIsaac)

We, the family, regret to announce the passing of our mother, Nora Mae MacLeod, 103, on April 13, 2018 at MacGillivray Guest Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born March 2, 1915 in Codroy Valley, Newfoundland, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Campbell) MacIsaac.

Nora is survived by sons, Andy, John and Gerard; daughters, Catherine, Rose, Helen and Marie; 14 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, James; daughter, Mary Margaret; sons, William and Ray; sister, Rose MacSween, and brothers, William, Angus, Archie, Pius, James and Louis.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 5-9 p.m. and a funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 10 a.m. with Father Ray Huntley officiating in the parish of Saint Leonard, Mount Carmel Avenue, New Waterford. Burial in St. Agnes Cemetery followed by a luncheon in the parish hall, Convent Street and all are welcome.

A special thank you to MacGillivray Guest Home where Mom spent the last four years of her life.
