Correction

CBD oil is a controlled substance in Canada and can only be sold by Health Canadaapproved licensees, with a prescription from a doctor. Incorrect information about the legality of CBD oil sales appeared in the stories “CBD oil becoming popular” and “Hemp Hemp Hooray” which appeared in the Monday edition of the Cape Breton Post.
