To date, the centre has acknowledged only 12 brokerages in Nova Scotia with the distinction. The award will be presented at the annual members’ meeting and reception today in Toronto. “This is not just an achievement for the techie people,” Rodney Munro, AA Munro’s vice-president of operations, said in a news release.

“It’s an achievement for everyone.”

“I love how we can all offer our thoughts and opinions, without judgment, that lead to better solutions,” said Tracey LaTulippe, AA Munro’s staff development manager.

Earlier this year, Nova Scotia was the first province in Canada to approve electronic proof of auto insurance, which means that digital pink slips are accepted by law enforcement as valid proof of insurance.
