Cape Breton Screaming Eagles netminder Kevin Mandolese (shown) is the No. 2-ranked North American goalie for the 2018 NHL draft, in the final rankings released by the league on Monday. Screaming Eagles forward Egor Sokolov is ranked at No. 107 among North American skaters, while teammate Mathias Laferrière is pegged at No. 130. Defenceman Adam McCormick is slotted at No. 156. Mandolese is currently playing for Canada at the 2018 IIHF U18 World Championship in Russia. Canada opens Thursday against the United States.
