JAMAEL, SINCLAIR CLAIM HOCKEY NOVA SCOTIA AWARDS
David Jamael and Robbie Sinclair were recently given awards by Hockey Nova Scotia for their continued dedication to minor hockey in the province during the organization’s annual awards banquet in Dartmouth last week. Jamael was given the Jed Ritcey Award for his commitment. He’s been a coach with the Sydney Minor Hockey Association since 2010 and is currently the organization’s president. Meanwhile, Sinclair was awarded the Jacques Comeau Award for his service to hockey. He helped lead the Glace Bay Miners atom ‘AA’ hockey team to a provincial title this year and also serves as the Glace Bay Minor Hockey Association’s coaching co-ordinator.
