Rochelle Simmons is a member of the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County’s public relations committee. Thanks to the generosity of donors and volunteers, the society provides comfort and care to families when it is needed most. Why is the hospice society important to you? The hospice society supports and promotes compassionate care for patients facing life-limiting illnesses, and this support is as unique as the patients themselves. An example of a service that the society funds is the music therapy program, which is simply amazing.
