ORGAN, Elizabeth Dina (Bitzie Keeping)
It is with deep sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Dina (Bitzie) Organ on November 26, 2020 in Stephenville, NL. Born and raised in New Waterford on March 24, 1960 Bitzie was the daughter of the late Cecil and Caroline Keeping. Bitzie loved being a part of a little town from her days of walking the halls at Breton Education Centre to being apart of the Breton Soccer Team where she ended up meeting so many of her lifelong friends. Bitzie graduated in 1978, after graduation she made her way to another small town in NL called Ramea, the hometown her dad had grown up and where she found the love of her life, her soul mate, her husband, Sam Organ. Bitzie and Sam have two children, Danielle and Jonathan which were always the light of her days from being a super supportive hockey mamma for Jonathan to being a very best friend to Danielle. Life only got better for Bitzie and her family when grandson, Zander and granddaughter, Brooke were born. Her two grandchildren made their family complete. Through Bitzie’s illness her grandchildren gave her strength and brightened her days. If you had the pleasure of meeting Bitzie you would always remember her sparkling eyes, her infectious smile and her giving heart. Bitzie enjoyed working, her coworkers were very special to her. Bitzie is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Sam Organ; daughter, Danielle; grandson, Zander; son, Jonathan (Vanessa) and granddaughter, Brooke Organ. Also, survived by her brothers, whom she adored, Jimmie, Ray (PollyAnne), John (Kelly) Keeping; sisters that she loved with all her heart, Shirley (Gerald Hogan), Sharon ( Sam Pink) and Jayne (Hayward Rose); two very special sister friends, Susie Head and Jenny White; nieces and nephews; and her married family the Organs, whom she loved dearly. Bitzie was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Caroline Keeping; a nephew little Jimmie; her mother and fatherin-law, Eli and Veronica Organand two brothers-in-law, John and Gord Organ. Due to Covid a family visitation has taken place in Stevenville, NL. Bitzie you will be in our hearts forever. We love you and miss you.
