A repurposed ‘30s flourmill – now a specialty showroom designed by Iain Stewart – is a gorgeous backdrop for the boutique’s wellappointed, sustainably harvested wood flooring. Stock from Austria, Germany and Belgium includes eco-friendly planks by Artel, extra-wide boards by Admonter in a range of styles and oak herringbone from Di Legno, which is a modern take on traditional parquet.
