Something for everybody at SEESA

- Elaun CablE lind

The fall season is the kick off to the programming year at South East Edmonton Seniors Association, as many folks are looking to do things and keep active in preparation for the long anticipated winter months ahead.

We have always offered a wide variety of programs and activities to keep older adults 55+ busy throughout the colder months of the year. This year we have added even more activities: two creative writing classes, seven fitness classes, three wellness classes, two support groups for grieving men and LBGTQ seniors, plus three new clubs to appeal to all interests and abilities.

Even if you still have your day job, there is lots to do in the evenings and Saturdays, too. There really is something for everyone.

Check out our Program Guide at www.seesa.ca for details or drop by to see what’s happening. We are located at 9350 82 St. NW.

Now is a great time to become a member of SEESA. If you have never been a member before you can join for $35, which will give you the rest of this year and all of 2017 membership.

We hope to see you soon. This arTicle was provided by souTh easT edmonTon seniors associaTion for commercial purposes.
