BILLS’ MCCOY ‘DAY TO DAY’ WITH INJURED HAMSTRING

- The Associated Press

A person with direct knowledge of LeSean McCoy’s hamstring injury tells The Associated Press the Bills running back will be considered “a game-time decision” on Sunday, when Buffalo plays at Miami. The Bills have not disclosed their plans regarding their top offensive threat. McCoy left practice on Wednesday after experiencing tightness in one of his hamstrings. McCoy was limited to watching practice Thursday and was spotted leaving the field carrying a football after the session ended. Coach Rex Ryan is “hopeful” McCoy can play and declined to reveal the extent of the injury except to say it wasn’t “full blown.” The Bills (4-2) have won four straight. McCoy has scored seven of Buffalo’s 20 touchdowns.
